Prague: Old Town Square
The centrepiece of Old Prague is the huge 1.7 hectare Old Town Square. It has been Prague's working heart since the 10th century, and was the host of its largest market until the beginning of the 20th century. It's surrounded by a maze of alleys and is home to some of Prague's most famous monuments.Prague Castle has a magnificent cliff-top outlook. Over 1000 years old, it is the biggest ancient castle in the world.
Vienna: Imperial Palace
Known as the Hofburg, the Imperial Palace is an enormous monument to Habsburg culture and heritage. The Habsburgs set up house here for more than six centuries, periodically adding new sections to the palace. Schoenbrunn Palace - This 18th baroque palace is one of Vienna's most popular attractions. It has 2000 luxurious rooms, complete with a classically landscaped garden. Additional attractions include a maze and the world's oldest Zoo.
Budapest: Castle Hill
Is the premier destination for many visitors, and it contains many of Budapest's most important monuments and museums. There are great views of Pest across the river Danube. The walled area consists of the Old Town and the Royal Palace.
Budapest: Turkish Baths
There are numerous Turkish Baths throughout Budapest and with their thermal waters reputed for their healing qualities, are an ideal setting for relaxing in and letting the city's charming atmosphere soak in.
Budapest: Royal Palace
The Royal Palace has been burned, bombed, razed, rebuilt and redesigned at least six times over the past seven centuries. It's now an 18th and early 20th century amalgam reconstructed after the last war. Take a walk through Ferdinand Gate or under Mace Tower to the Turkish cemetery, or relax in the palace gardens behind the Budapest History museum.

Trip Itinerary - Day by day

Day 1 - Travel to Prague

Travel to Prague

Upon arrival in Prague, you will be met by our local representative in the airport before being transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 - Prague City Tour

Prague City Tour

Begin your holiday with a half day guided tour of Prague. Along the way you can admire the impressive Baroque architecture while walking across the famous Charles Bridge to Old Town Square. This bridge showcases some of Prague’s exquisitely crafted statues and towers, while the Old Town is home to the most beautiful clock tower in Eastern Europe.

You will have the afternoon to explore this beautiful city at your leisure, your guide will be happy to advise you on activities to suit your interests. 

Day 3 - Cesky Sternberk Castle

Cesky Sternberk Castle

Today, enjoy a half day guided excursion to Cesky Sternberk Castle. A bohemian castle of the mid-thirteenth century, it sits perched on a hill and gives panoramic views of the surrounding city. 

Day 4 - Transfer to Vienna

Transfer to Vienna

Travel by coach from Prague to Vienna, with guide assistance (three hours and 50 minutes approx). You will stay here for the following two nights.

Relax at your hotel or sightsee, it's up to you. Your local guide will be more than happy to suggest activities based on your interests. 

Day 5 - Vienna City Tour

Vienna City Tour

Enjoy a half day panoramic sightseeing tour of Vienna, to include sights such as the summer residence of Empress Sisi, before visiting Hofburg, the former Imperial winter residence and scene of the Vienna Congress. You will also see the Ringstraße, home to magnificent buildings such as the Vienna State Opera House and the Votive Church to name but a few.

Day 6 - Transfer to Budapest

Transfer to Budapest

Today you will travel to your final destination, the magnificent city of Budapest, which will be your base for the following two nights. (Transfer time approx 2 hours 40 minutes).

The afternoon is free to spend in Budapest. We suggest you get familiarised with your hotel or maybe take stroll down by the Danube.

Day 7 - Budapest City Tour

Budapest City Tour

After breakfast, depart your hotel for half day guided sightseeing tour of Budapest. Along the way you will stroll up to Castle Hill and take in stunning views of Pest and the River Danube, walk across the magnificent chain bridge, gaze upon the impressive Buda Castle and take in many more sights in this city. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 8 - Return Home

Return Home

Transfer to Budapest Airport for your flight home, with guide assistance.
