In Florida, where citrus fruits abound, key lime pie is a speciality. A favourite lunch dish in Honduras is a Pastelito, a flour or corn tortilla filled with beef or chicken, potatoes and spices. Belize is known for its seafood, usually served with rice and beans. Mexico’s colourful cuisine, with its zingy, spicy flavours, is best accompanied by a cool local beer, while a tequila-based cocktail is good anytime!

Little Havana
Located just across the Caribbean Sea from Cuba, Miami’s Little Havana district is a hub for the Cuban community in America. A social and cultural centre, the area is known for its street life, music and festivals. This colourful district is full of character, with many authentic bars, restaurants and cafés well worth a visit. 
South Beach, Miami
Well-known as a playground for the rich and famous, Miami’s South Beach offers a sweeping stretch of fine white sand, as well as numerous Oceanside dining options, boutiques and galleries. Often nicknamed SoBe, the area is renowned for its nightlife, but is also a great destination for those with an interest in history and architecture. As well as its many museums, South Beach is home to the historic Art Deco district, full of colourful and beautifully preserved houses dating back to the 1920s and 30s.
Harvest Caye
The island of Harvest Caye in Southern Belize is one of the Caribbean’s newest resort-style destinations. Take an optional excursion to see some of the islands diverse ecology, from jungle to coral reef, or simply relax by the 1400sqm Myrtha lagoon pool or enjoy a cocktail at the swim-up bar.
Ancient Mayan Ruins
Part of the Mayan civilisation that flourished in Central America up until the arrival of the Spanish in the 16th century, Mexico is the perfect place to visit some of the incredible temples, pyramids and ruins that now remain from this ancient society. From ports in Costa Maya and Cozumel, you will have the opportunity to partake in optional excursions to visit some of the area’s most notable historic sites.

Day 1 - Travelling to Miami

Depart Dublin Airport and fly to Miami. Upon arrival in Miami, you will be met by your friendly local guide who will assist you in the transfer to your hotel in Biscayne Bay, Miami. Settle in, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 2 - Exploring Miami

Enjoy a half day tour of the glittering city of Miami, including a trip to South Beach, a favourite place of film actors, singers, and sun-worshippers from all over the world. Miami's amazing medley of cultures and flashy urban settings makes it a scene to be seen. Highlights include Calle Ocho in Little Havana, the upscale neighbourhood of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.

Afternoon

At Leisure

Look out at miles of white sand sitting against dazzling blue water, with skyscrapers as the backdrop. The afternoon is free for sightseeing and relaxing. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 3 - Norwegian Getaway

Enjoy a guided coach transfer from the hotel to Miami port. Embark the Norwegian Getaway for your 7-night cruise on All Inclusive basis. Settle into your cabin and explore the range of facilities on board the Norwegian Getaway. This afternoon, set sail towards the Bay Islands and spend the next day at sea.

In the morning, arrive in beautiful and unspoiled Roatan. Roatan is a peaceful, eco-tourist's dream, just 30 miles off the coast of Honduras. Teeming with marine life and home to some of the best pillar coral in the Caribbean, the pristine Honduran Reef is a diver's paradise, and the beauty of Tabyana Beach is always a sight to see. Afternoon we set sail for Harvest Caye.

Day 6 - Harvest Caye (Belize)

Harvest Caye in Southern Belize is the Caribbean's premier island destination. Immerse yourself in natural beauty and culture on a 75-acre oasis featuring an expansive pool with a swim-up bar, salt-water lagoon, exclusive beach and exciting shore excursions ranging from zip lining across the island to snorkelling the world's second largest barrier reef. With diverse ecology consisting of jungles, rainforests, swamps, coral reefs, you will find solace and adventure in Harvest Caye's stunning landscape. In the afternoon we will depart Harvest Caye, and arrive around 8am the next day in Costa Maya (Mexico).

Day 7 - Costa Maya (Mexico)

Costa Maya is a hidden gem in the Yucatan. It features stunning beaches with soft sand and blue skies. You'll find many surprises along the way, such as the mesmerising Laguna Bacalar, the “lake of seven colours” and ancient Mayan ruins with archaeological sites. Afternoon we will depart Costa Maya and set sail for Cozumel, Mexico.

Day 8 - Cozumel (Mexico)

Cozumel (Mexico)

In the morning, arrive in Cozumel. The island is surrounded by the Caribbean’s blue water, and is known for its fantastic fishing, snorkelling and diving opportunities. You can also find ancient discoveries at the nearby Mayan ruins, or just spend time with your toes in the sand. Make sure to pay a visit to the island’s only town, San Miguel, famous for its warmth and charm. In the afternoon, depart Cozumel and spend the next day at sea.

Day 9 - At Sea

At Sea

Enjoy another day cruising on board the Norwegian Getaway. Relax in the spa, catch a show at the theatre, stroll the Waterfront, take a dip in the pool or visit one of the ship’s bars to indulge in a cocktail – the choice is yours.

Day 10 - Miami & Return Home

Miami & Return Home

This morning, arrive into Miami. Following disembarkation, you will be transferred to the city centre for free time for sightseeing and shopping* before your onward transfer, with guide assistance, to the airport for your return flight to Dublin. *Free time for shopping and sightseeing is subject to change depending on flight times.
