Seine River Cruise, including Paris & Rouen

  • 7 Night Holiday
  • Full Board
View Dates & Prices

Discover the sights along one of Europe’s most historic rivers on this 7-night River Cruise Holiday. The River Seine is the second longest waterway in France, rising northwest of Dijon and flowing north-westerly through Paris before finishing at Le Havre and emptying into the English Channel.

Spend the morning exploring the centre of Paris with a guided city tour before commencing your cruise, moored very close to the Eiffel Tower, where you will enjoy a welcome cocktail and a delicious dinner.

Ports of call with excursions include Rouen, famous for its Gothic Cathedral, Hornfleur where Samuel de Champlain set sail from to discover Canada and the beautiful Gardens of Giverny, which inspired Monet’s most famous painting “The Water Lily Pond: Green Harmony.” You will also discover the main port town of Normandy, Le Havre.

Travelling on board the MS Amadeus Diamond, you will experience the elegance of a boutique hotel as you’re transported along the Seine. As the ship is much smaller than an ocean liner, you will be taken into the centre of most of the cities you will visit, giving you more time to visit the attractions and enjoy your time ashore.

Please note that this holiday may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. For more details, please contact us.

A modern and elegant ship, with numerous amenities and entertainment on board but with a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere compared to an ocean liner, with a maximum of 150 guests on board. Normandy

Famous as the site of the D-Day landings, Normandy is a beautiful region in northern France, boasting stunning coastline and fertile farmland resulting in a rich gastronomic heritage. The legacy of the Normans is evident all over Normandy; popular sites include the thousand-year-old embroidery of the Bayeux Tapestry, the cathedrals of Rouen and Coutances.
