Holiday highlights

Cap de Creus Nature Park

One of the many gems on the Costa Brava, Cap de Creus Nature Park is where the Mediterranean meets the Pyrenees and it truly boasts stunning scenery. It’s no wonder it was an inspiration for a number of Dali’s artworks.

Figueres & the Dali Museum

The charming town of Figueres is located in the Costa Brava region of Spain and it’s where the notable artist Salvador Dali was born. You can learn more about his life in the Teatro Museo Dalí. On the outskirts of the town you can visit the 18th century Sant Ferran Castle.

Nuria Valley

Hike or a taking a train is the only way to visit Nuira Valley, located in on the Spanish side of  the Pyrenees.

 The Pyrenees

The Pyrenees is a range of mountains bordering between France and Spain. In Greek mythology, the Pyrenees is named after Pyrene who fled to the woods and died. Her lover Hercules built her tomb by piling rocks and essentially formed a mountain range. Driving or taking a scenic journey through the Pyreenees is a travel highlight, and in all seasons, it’s a sight to behold.
