View Dates & Prices

Relax on Italy's Adriatic Riviera and enjoy excursions to Bologna, Ravenna and San Marino.

Take a full day trip to Bologna, considered by many to be the food capital of Italy, and explore the fantastic traditional food markets. You'll discover the historic centre on a guided walking tour and have some free time at leisure.

San Marino is one of the smallest countries and is believed to be the oldest republic in the world. It has many gems; including its historic three towers located on the peaks of Monte Titano, incredible panoramic views and a charming city.

The last capital of the western Roman Empire, Ravenna is most famous for its extensive Christian & Byzantine mosaics.

At your time of leisure, sun worshipers can enjoy spending time on the beautiful beaches of Italy's Adriatic coast, or you can ask your guide for recommendations of local attractions and activities that would interest you.

This 7 night Italian holiday offers the perfect blend of relaxation, culture, history and independent exploration.

Holiday highlights

San Marino

Officially the Republic of San Marino was founded in 301 A.D. It is the third smallest state in Europe (after the Holy See City and Monaco), and claims to be the world's oldest republic.

Bologna

Bologna is both a lively and historic city, located in the Emilia-Romagna region, in northern Italy. Piazza Maggiore is a sprawling plaza lined with arched colonnades, cafes and medieval and Renaissance structures, such as City Hall, the Neptune Fountain and the Basilica of San Petronio. Among several medieval towers is the leaning Asinelli Tower, which is open for climbs

Beach Life
A highlight of a holiday on Italy’s Adriatic coast is spending time on the sandy beach, where you can rent a sun lounger and parasol. Along with these creature comforts, you’ll find shower & wc facilities, and there’ll be drinks and snacks to buy.  Outside of the main summer season, the umbrellas and loungers may be gone, but the beach is still worth a visit. Put on your swimsuit, take your suntan cream and sunglasses, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of the sea!
